There was no inherited shop passed down through generations, no childhood spent dusting porcelain in a family gallery, no formal tradition guiding my hands.
And yet — the past was always nearby.
I come from a lineage shaped by elegance and intellect — vibrant figures once woven into the cultural, social, and economic life of the city. Today, their names quietly echo through museum halls, preserved in artifacts and footnotes. Legacy, in its own quiet way, found me.
